I don't know if it's a generation issue or if it's a seed-specific issue, I used the seed "SCP-3930" to generate the map, since I tend to put in unique seeds in place of the auto-generation, so if anyone wants to confirm that it's a seed-specific issue, then go ahead and try playing through it with that seed. I used noclip to observe the room and it seems that the two rooms were "merged". And inversely, when I enter SCP-079's chamber and descend into the room with the dead guard, I get teleported SCP-106's containment chamber, specifically in the actual chamber, just inside the metal gate, becoming effectively trapped again. But if I sprint and hug the wall, I can land on the edge of the gate and run outside of it before I fall into it. And since I haven't remotely disabled the door controls from the Entrance Zone, I become effectively trapped. I have had a bug where you are descending the stairs of SCP-106's containment chamber, and it drops me in SCP-079's containment chamber, literally 1 meter from the cage. You can do "noclip" so you won't fall through the floor, if you don't mind losing the achievement "Fair Play". Videos you watch may be added to the TV's watch history and influence TV recommendations. If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device. There's nothing you can do but use the console (enabled from the settings, attached to the F3 Key). SCP - Containment Breach is a free survival horror game based on the works of the SCP Foundation community.

It's a bug in the game that has never been fixed, at least at the time I've written (5/21/20, 2346 hours).
